Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

How is property divided in a joint trust upon the death of one spouse?

My wife's parents created a revokable trust to pass their home and land to their two daughters upon their deaths. Only the land and buildings were put into this trust. My wife's mother passed away in September 2005. Her father (age 77) married the caregiver (age 61) of his deceased wife in November 2005. Under what conditions would my wife and her sister have a secure interest in the property. Can the new spouse get any of the property upon the death of my wife's father if the trust remains unchanged?

Without reading the trust agreement no one can give you a proper answer.
