My mom has cared for her mom (parkinkson ) and has paid for everything mortgage, meds, lights, etc. my mothers 4 sibling pay for nothing, food, medical supplies, med etc. they do not contribute a dime. how can my mother recoup the money, her weekly pay checks she has spent over the past 7 years against her moms estate? also the house is to be divided between 5 kids? how can my mom make sure she will have money for when she is not doing well. My mother pays for everything, I would like to know how she can get some or all of her money back?

Their are many ways, but they must be done immediately. A contract is one, a promissory note, another.

Your grandmother has to decide that she wants to make provisions in her estate or by deeding her property to your mother. If grandmother does not want to, then it might not happen. Certainly, unless the will states otherwise, the house will be divided among all kids equally. Your mother needs to talk to grandmom and discuss the cold facts of life. Grandmom will then have to decide.
