If a Qualified Disclaimer is filed and approved, and the assets revert back into the Estate of the deceased, how are those assets distributed.

Do the Executors have the discretion of how to distribute?

Any assets which revert to the estate must be distributed according to the terms/dictates of the decedent's will

which the executors must scrupulously adhere to in order not to violate their fiduciary duties.
