Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
ask a question on beneficiary laws for state of florida firmans' pension Pinellas County . I was told that as a newly wed I could not be his beneficiary for 7 years and has his mother listed. I am concern and have a trust issue about that statement. Is there some standard waiting period for a newly married wife or is this his decision?

Perhaps he means that he Is
Not vested for seven years. Check with the HR department for the rules
