Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
hello i had a question my father died in 1990 & he was a wealth man, But my mother has told me time & time aging that he didn't leave me anything but my aunt is telling that he did leave me a good amount of money. how would i find this out with out getting any info from my mother ???

That depends on how. If it went through probate, then you may be able to go through the probate court where he lived and see what is in the file.
If it is in a Trust, you may not be able to find out.
You may also contact your father's attorney at the time to see if they can tell you anything.
