Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Reading of will.

How long after the death of an indiviual does the attouney have to read the will? Do all named in it have to be present? Can someone not named in it request to be present?

Re: Reading of will.

Under the Florida Probate code a will should be filed with the Probate Court within 10 days of a persons death. At that point, the will is a public document available for review by anyone.
