Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

real estate owned by deceased father

Father passed away leaving some property. I sold the property which I knew only to be a house and lot. Just recently was informed there was another 1/2lot which I knew nothing about. Attorney had included this other lot in description of above sale of property without my knowledge or informing me. He said he assumed I knew about this adjoining piece of land. Is there any recourse now that I signed the papers and have sold it?

Consult a real estate attorney or ask your question in the real estate area of the site. This is a real estate litigation issue. Good luck.
