Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

real property in probate

My mother was estranged from me due to mental illness, have recently found out she has died, she was ill for a long time, a neighbor was made executor of her estate 6 mo after her death. I was never notified of her death, the neighbor is now selling the property, do i have any rights here??
