Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I received an email stating I had an inheritance, they stated Robert Harrleson has a bank account , they then sent me the bank information and stated I can transfer the money out of the bank to my bank account. Is it legal for me to take this money?

Be careful that this is not one of a series of scam emails used to get you to provide your banking information. I would be weary of such emails without further print verification and a local phone number and something in official letterhead.
