Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

We recently moved from Virginia to Florida. Is my Will and Trust, which were written in Virginia, valid in Florida or does it need to be rewritten. Thank you.

You should have a Florida attorney review it and make any necessary changes to ensure it will be enforceable in Florida courts, as the laws vary by state. On an unrelated note, I lived in Arlington for a couple of years. Best regards -

It probably does because your Virginia will states you are a Virginia resident-not current if you are living in florida -atleast you need a codical(amendment ) to your current will.
