Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

We recently sold property of my mothers that was left to her children in her trust. Is there a time limit that the personal rep of the trust has to distribute money from the trust to the beneficiaries?

First, it is a Trustee of a Trust, not a Personal Representative of a Trust.

Second, unless the trust provides otherwise, it is whatever is reasonably. On top of that accountings are required, and if someone doesn't waive or approve it, there is a 6 month period required to pass before it is deemed approved by no action.

In your case it is impossible to know what is transpiring which causes the delay.
