Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I recieved a small inheritance from the Trust of my deceased father. His wife was appointed the trustee and I don't trust her. If I accept the check I'm agreeing this is my full and final distribution according to the letter. Should I hire an attorney before accepting? My father lived in FL and probate court was not involved after he passed.

Yes, hire an attorney to question whatever you need to question before accepting the sum sent with the disclaiming letter attached.
