Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
we have recieved a writ of ejection on our house for a non paying tenant. we will need police help to remove tenant. is it up to police when this writ can be served?

You are in the wrong forum for your question. However, only the sheriff can evict with an order from the court.
