Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

All recipients not found

I have been named as a recipient in a will in which 2 recipients cannot be found. I have been told that until they are found no distribution can be made. Is there a reasonable amount of time or course of action before the distribution will be made anyway? The will is set up as a trust with a lump sum distribution to all but 1 of the recipients.

If you need New York counsel to assist you in receiving your distribution, you may contact me via email. The executor has a duty to disburse property/funds to known heirs.

My firm has offices in midtown Manhattan and Westchester.
