If your husband lived in Florida - then the county in which he resided would have a copy of his will on file for the probating of his estate. If you contact the clerk's office there, they can tell you if a will or an estate has been opened. If she did not open an estate, there is little more that you can do. As a divorced spouse you are not entitled to anything he owned after the divorce.
