Representation of attorney in probate

I am one of two executors in a parent's will in Florida. Is it appropriate/legal for an attorney to meet/discuss the will with one executor prior to a joint meeting of both executors?

It is fine, although if he represents both of you then you are entitled to know the substance of the communication.
