Who can request to see a will before someone has died.

You don't have a right to get it before death.

The person making the will does not have to show it to anyone. Once the person dies, the Personal Representative (Executor) named in the will should file the will with the probate court in the county where the decedent last lived. At that time, the will becomes public record.

The person making the will does not to show it to anyone and can change at any time.
I would not recommend being too pushy about seeing it.
