Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Is it required in FL to us counsel to submit an Acceptance of Successor Trustee Affidavit (I hope that's right) or can an individual do it? I understand counsel might be more 'secure'. Also, where would one get the form if an individual can do it? Thanks!
