retaining attorney

i signed a contract to hire an attorney to represent me as the exector of my uncle's will but i did not give her any money yet. i do not want to kkep this attorney. can i hire another attorney or am i obligated to stay with her now?

Read the agreement. While you can always discharge an attorney you may owe a fee for the work done.
