In Florida, can you place your homesteaded home into a revocable living trust and maintain your homestead exemption for tax purposes?

Yes, if you are the one who sets up the trust and you are the beneficiary of the trust, but only if you reapply for homestead after the deed is recorded, and the trust has language required by the property appraiser as to your right to use. To be comfortable, I would first check with your county property appraiser's office to make sure you do it the way they want it.
