Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Is a Revocable Living Trust valid in all 50 states?

If a revocable living trust was created under California law, is it valid in all 50 states, no matter where I live?

With the possible exception of Louisiana, a RLT which is valid in the State where created is valid in the other States. However, when one changes States, it is a good idea to check in with an attorney in the new State, just to be sure there is not some pecularity in either State's laws which would impact the Trust - expecially if moving from or to a community property State such as California to/from a non-community property State such as Florida.
