Revocable living trusts

Can i make a admendment to my trust myself and have it notorized . will it then be a legal change in my trust that will hold up in court ??

Yes, you can make an amendment to a revocable trust yourself, although I would not advise it. Unless you are familiar with the formalities required, (in Florida a trust needs to be executed with the same formalities as a will) I would advise you have a knowledgeable attorney handle it. The minimal cost will far make up for the risk of a mistake, which you might not be able to correct after your death or incapacity.
