Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Revokable trust and will
I had my revokable trust and will written and recorded in CT where I resided. I now reside in FL for 7 months and have declared FL as my primary residence. The other 5 months are in CT or traveling. Are my trust and will valid in FL?

Re: Revokable trust and will
If valid in CT, they would be valid here. One caveat on the will is that the personal representative must either be a relative of yours or reside in Florida.
