Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
revoked will
my aunt died 3 years ago, she made a will in 2002 and then revoked it 4 months later. The will made a ''friend'' the sole heir. My aunt died and all the legal notifications were made. Creditors and interested parties were notified of her death, obituary was in paper, noone came forward. 3 years after she died this ''friend'' wants to probate that will that was revoked. What next?
