Is it legal to do your own trust and do it have to be register it with the state

It is legal to do your own revocable trust, but it is inadvisable to do your own revolkable (sic) trust. No, registration with the state is not required, it do (sic) not have to be registered with the state. I'm sorry, but I can see from your subject and question that you should not be doing a trust without the assistance of an attorney.
