Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
What are my rights as the brother?
My brother has turned in my fathers will for probate, I don't have a clue what happens next, my brother said father left everything to him, I never got to see my mothers will or now my fathers will, I don't know anything has far as their lawers, my brother has kept me in the dark, gets mad at me if I ask any questions, my brother said when my mother passed she left me $10,000 I never saw it. Now he said father left him everything, because I had Multiple Sclerosis, and if I didn't like it get a lawyer!
I find it real hard to believe my father done this! What can I do? See, my father had Dementia, what am I to do? There's lot more to this story, but this is just a long story made short, so maybe I can get some advice to help myself here. I'm more mad because all of my parents business has been kept from me, and now, I know nothing about it. I know my parents were well off, but my brother has had 4 years of keeping up with their money, what am I to do? this is so wrong, I would never do this to him. I'm in the will he said, but only if he had not been alive, would I get anything. This is so wrong, my father did not do this, my brother has don't this. he told me the will had been changed because mother passed away.

If the will was filed for probate, you may read it at the court house.
