Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Rights of Children-No Will

My Dad died one year ago with out a will. He resided and owned property in Florida. His wife, my step-mother, survived him and was joint owner of his property. She has now made a will naming her daughter, my step-sister, as executrix. Do my brothers and sisters have any rights to my dad's property after my step-mother's death?
