what are my right's if my sister and I are the only children left in the family. My sister has power of attorney and has had joint bank accounts with my mother.There is a will,so I/m told but I/m not in it

Children can be disinherited if it is the specific intention of the parent to do so. Depending upon the account and the Will, if properly drafted, you may be out of luck with little rights.
