Rights of Survivorship
A freind an I bought a boat in 2000 and the due to reasons the boat was paied for on a line of credit loan then transferd to a boat loan. The loan was in his name only but I'am on the title and registration. I have been paying him and he pays the loan. He died last year and my question is can I Clam the ''Rights of Survivorship'' So the boat is mine free and clear? Their is still a lien on the boat.

If you are the only one on the title, the boat is already yours. The lien would survive, though.
