Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Sale Of Property
My parents' wills designate each other as the beneficiary and in case of both of their demise, I am listed as the beneficiary. In the event of their deaths, how would I sell their home? Do I need a Power of Attorney? Will the will listing me as the beneficiary be enough to use as a Power of Attorney? Do I just contact a Probate Attorney to handle the matter? Thank You.

Re: Sale Of Property
Florida law requires an attorney to probate the will.
