Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

If the seller dies before closing .

I am a realtor and represent the buyer..The seller died 2 days before closing. There is a will naming the POA the executor. All 11 heirs have signed the papers..Is it possible to dry close and keep the escrow intact until the creditors have had their 3 months. My clients are on the AmeriDream program and it expires the 1st of Oct.Is there a hardship that can be done..My clients have leased the house until closing but looks like they will have to move as they will not be able to get a loan without the Ameridream..

It would work here in Orange County. I am not sure in the county you are in. If it is not homestead, it should work for sure. If it is homestead, it will probably depend on the probate judge. You may call if you wish to discuss it further.
