Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
sepena
My spelling maybe wrong, I would like to know can a person get a sepena to get signature card from a federal credit union or does that require a lawyer. The reason being to see if an account actually belonged to a person who was on that account. We only have that person saying the funds belonged to him. Also he has letter saying so but was not notorized. this letter did'nt appear until he was told things just did'nt add up. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: sepena
It depends on many things. What type of case are we talking about? Are you in the middle of a probate administration? A will contest? It sounds as though you really should consult an attorney in the appropriate field even once just to see where you stand. Sorry I couldn't help you further.
