This is serious....My Dad died three years ago of cancer. While he was dieing, he had asked that my sister michelle,split the estate equally between all four siblings which she acknowledges. He had a will
that had been done several years back leaving her executor of the estate and leaving her almost everything except what he left us in a trust that we cannot get until we were 65. Anyway, It has been three years now and even though Michelle told Dad and all of us that she would split everything equally, she has put the two homes in her name, taken all the money out of the stocks and bonds all money out of his Life ins. and all money out of his accounts and taken everything out of his home without contacting any one of us. She did put the hotel in all our names and listed it for sale however now said that she may have to sell it at auction for 1.9 million rather that the 3.2 it was listed for last year. We feel that what she has done is against Dads wishes but we feel our hands are tied. What can we do...

It sounds like she might have breached her fudiciary duty to you as a beneficiary of the estate. I would suggest you call me today at my office or send me an e-mail telling me how I can reach you.If the facts are correct
you do have a reason to worry.
