Where to set up a trust

I am a resident of FL. My children reside in MA and RI. I own property in FL, and jointly own property in MA. Should I have my will or trust drawn up in MA or FL?

With the limited information provided, Florida is the answer, if you are a FL resident. You should probably set up a living trust if you own property in more than one state, and there are other benefits as well.
