Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Hello, I would like to know how I can go about setting up a simple, inexpensive trust fund (preferably irrevocable) for my 3 year old nephew with me being grantor and perhaps the trustee and periodically making contributions to it with the monies being invested in stocks/bonds etc. and him not having access to it until obtaining 21.....How could I go about something like this....Thanks.

Hire a local attorney. They can be done rather simply and inexpensive is based on the value received from setting it up.
