Re: Settling an estate

You, or whoever else is appointed in his will as personal representative, need to contact an attorney or attorneys to discuss what type of probate is required, and to negotiate a fee. The type of probate, and how to proceed, will depend on the assets subject to probate. Attorneys' fees are negotiable, and any attorney licensed in Florida can legally handle this for you. If you have additional questions, you may call me at 407-872-1965 and tell my secretary that you are responding to my message.
