Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
There are six siblings on the deed of our family property. It is owned by all and we all pay a shore of the property taxes. 5 want to sell the property, the 6th does not and have a Federal Tax Lein on the property. How can we sell the property without her signature and paying the IRS debt?

You need to file a partition action to force sale.
