Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

If i've signed power of Atty. Can I have it desolved? If so ,how? What forms do I need?

sure. Just sign a document that says "I hereby revoke the power of attorney, dated ___, a copy of which is attached hereto." Be sure that you provide it to whomever has the POA and have proof that you have done so. Let the banks and anyone that would reasonably or could reasonably be presented with the POA that it was revoked.
