my sister passed away leaving a will stating nephews and neices would receive inheritence. are the nephews of deceased husband of my sister entitled to anything

Her will controls the disposition of her assets. A probate will need to be filed. Anyone not named in the will does not share in the Estate.

if the phrase "nephew and neices" is used and no names are designated, then I would suggest that the will be filed and the estate be probated to make a determination as to who is entitled to the estate. Please contact my office for an appointment if I can be of assistance 904-997-1031.
