if my sister is power of attorny and executor of the will. everything was to be split seven ways ..can we question all money matters and ask for proff of how the money was being spent

Beneficiaries in a probate proceeding are required to get an accounting from the Personal Representative, unless they waive their right.
Power of attorney expires upon death, so there is no accounting. But if fraudulent or illegal activity took place, then there may be options if it can be proven.
