Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My sister put a false Baker Act on me. I am not paying the hospital for these charges. I want to litigate my sister in small claims court for this. I haven't even seen her in 1 1/2 years. She did this to try to stop me from dad's probate.

You likely have no claim against her. Even if the claims she filed were false, the police and hospital have to make an independent assessment and your hold would not have occurred unless they concurred.
