Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My sister was a resident of Florida. She recently passed away leaving a part of her estate to her eight siblings, one of which predeceased her. To whom should the deceased sibling's portion go-to his spouse or to his son?
Thank you.

While it depends on the wording of the will if there is one, if there was not a will it will not go to the spouse, but rather to the children of the deceased sibling.

without a will it only goes to the living, immediate children (assuming that there is mo spouse).
