My sister was a resident of Jacksonville Florida; she died unexpectedly while in Cincinnati Ohio with her husband. Her husband was the last person to see her alive and he found her body. Her husband told the family he didn't know the cause of death and that he would have an autopsy performed; my sister's Death Certificate shows no autopsy was done. Three days after my sister's funeral her husband got rid of all of her belongings and pictures. Approximately 3 wks after my sister's death her husband's girlfriend, whom he has admitted to knowing for 18 years, started spending weekends with him. Less than three months after my sister's death her husband's moved his girlfriend in to live with him. My sister's husband chain of events prior to her death contradicts the information in the documents regarding her death; everything her husband told the family has been proven to not be true. I have obtained overwhelming evidence which strongly suggest my sister husband may be responsible for her death. I have presented this evidence to the Cincinnati authorities but they have refused to investigate. My sister didn't have any children and our parents are deceased; can sue I my sister husband for her death. THANK YOU

Criminal charges must be brought by state's attorney or authorized prosecutor. You
may sue for wrongful death to claim damages due to the death of your sister caused by
another person; however, such a lawsuit would be a huge challenge and still depend on
evidence to prove her death was the result of his intentional or negligent act.
