Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

my sister is trustee for my moms estate, my children are in the will, but my sister refuses to give me any information. is this legal?

Trusts are private matters and no one can be forced to disclose information about it to someone outside the trust. However, if your children are beneficiaries they may have some rights. The Trustee has a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests or the beneficiaries.
