Hello, My son died in May/24 and I'm his legal representative. He wrote letters to a friend. Are the letters hers or mine? Thank you.

Were the letters delivered to the recipient? if so, likely they belong to the friend. If not, then they remain assets of the Estate. Seek legal advice on how to proceed.
