my son grandmom recently passed her neice was the excutor over the will she recntly cme to florida to read the will she didnt included my son who is a minor to the reading of the will and she said his grandma left him nothing whn i was told she left him 30k waht should i do

You can go the court house a read the will filed in teh probate proceeding.
"readings" are not required. The will must be filed at the courthouse, so you an read it yourself.
Go to the courthouse and get a copy of the will to see for yourself. If she didn't file it in the probate court, then contact me or another attorney right away. Regards,
Technically, there isn't a "reading of the will". That's only in the movies. The will is required to be filed in the probate court of the county where the decedent died. Once the will is deposited with the court it becomes public record and you can get a copy of it from the court's clerk for approximately $1.00 per page.
