Spouse w/out a will

In the state of Fl if something happens to your spouse & they don't have a will, does their possessions go to the siblings or the spouse?

In Florida, when the is no will, the suviving spouse receives the first $60,000.00 of the intestate estate plus one-half of the balance. The rest of the estate will be divided equally among the children. How assets are titled will affect their distribution and therefore the size of your estate. If you are asking this question, you should probably sit down with a local attorney and discuss these issues in more detail.
