In the state of Florida do you have to have an attorney to draw up a power of attorney or is it sufficient to just have it notorized?

An attorney does not need to draft the POA, it just needs to be executed properly to be effective.

Depending upon what you are trying to do, it might be a good idea to have an attorney draft the power of attorney or review it for a reasonable fee. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
