For the State of Florida, what does it cost to start proceedings for a law suite against the PR and others? Can you file against their homeowners insurance liability? Thanks a Million! CC

Because there is no standard cost of initiating a probate lawsuit, an attorney will

review the facts, possible opposition, and other factors to advise you of cost and

legal options. You cannot generally file against an insurance company unless the

insurance company is directly liable; you must file against a party which has

insurance coverage of any determined liability.
