Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Which state?

We live in Illinois, have a trust that was created in Illinois, and are moving to Florida. Can we use our existing trust when we move, or do we need to creat a new one using forms from/for Florida?

And my brother is in the process of creating a trust as well. He too is moving to Florida from Illinois. Should he use forms from/for Florida or can he do it now and use it in Florida?
